Optimization of Heating Based on Requirements Automatic scheduling of heating minimizes unnecessary heating. As most people take a shower in the morning or evening, those are the times when underfloor heating is actually necessary in the bathroom. In Themo Control, you can also specify precise target temperatures for each room, which means that bathrooms will not be heated excessively, while still ensuring comfort. Machine Learning and Price Optimization In addition to the price of electricity, Themo Smart Thermostat will also, for example, learn to take the floor parameters and the impact of the outdoor temperature on heating requirements into account. This allows Themo Smart Thermostat to predict the most optimal heating cycles. For example, if electricity is more affordable at night, Themo Smart Thermostat will preheat the floor in the early hours of the morning, utilizing the heat storage capacity of the floor during peak hours. Centralized Control and Support An account for the Themo portal will be created for property and housing companies. The management screen of the portal can be used to centrally monitor and control underfloor heating in each room. The portal also allows you to monitor the electricity consumption history of underfloor heating. You can always rely on Themo’s support as a service provider.
